March 13 Practice Cancelled

Varsity Practice cancelled for Saturday morning.  Unknown at this time about JV.

The Varsity and JV teams will be scrimmaging at  Wakefield High School.  The teams will be taking buses from TJ to Wakefield for the scrimmage.  The Varsity Scrimmage will begin at 6pm and the JV Scrimmage will be at 8pm.

March 8 Scrimmage

Come out and watch the Colonials play their first scrimmage of the season on March 8th at the Turf Field (Robinson Field) at George Mason University.  Junior Varsity is up first at 4:30, and Varsity will be playing immediately following.  The teams will be taking a bus from school, so meet up at the field at George Mason and root on the Colonials.

Please make sure you park in the Mason Pond parking deck.

TJ Lacrosse to play in Triple Edge South Run Winter League

Attention all TJ Lacrosse Players,

Coach Gorman would like all TJ Lacrosse players to play the Varsity division of the Triple Edge South Run Winter League.  The league runs from the 2nd weekend of December through mid February with all games being played on Saturdays.

The Jefferson 1 Team ended a great day at the Fall Brawl with a 4-2 record.  Wins over Seton, George Mason, and Paul VI in the round robin play put the Colonials in 2nd place in their round robin.  In afternoon play, Jefferson beat Freedom in a Braveheart ending with Tom going mano y mano and scoring the goal.  In the last game, Jefferson had a valiant effort against Robinson, but lost 9-6.  Great job TJ Lacrosse!

Tom Hillenbrand named to the 10 man All Star Team from the RipFest Tournament.  Max Keiff was named Honorable Mention.  Congrats!

TJ wins the Vintage Cheese Division!

Congrats to the TJ Team for beating both Chesapeake and Herndon to win the Vintage Cheese division in the RipFest Tournament.  TJ played a hard fought game against Westfields in the Championship Game.

RipFest Tournament Details

The RipFest Tournament Details have been posted.  The TJ team will play on Field2 for the round robin games as follows:

10am - Chesapeake
Noon - Herndon
2pm   - Robinson

Championship Game at 4pm, Consolation Game at 3pm.
